AGM Date Change: May 28, 2025

We will be voting on our proposal to join the Backcountry Horsemen of BC during our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday May 28th, 2025 @7:00pm over Zoom (link will be emailed to all members).

We’ll also be offering early online voting on this question between May 21st and May 24th, and in-person voting at the AGM. Instructions for voting will be emailed to all members.
We are still looking for volunteers for the executive! We have roles open for Secretary and Treasurer, and directors-at-large. If you’re interested in volunteering for ANY of these roles, please email volunteer@haneyhorsemen.com by May 24th.
